The United States Army has announced its stopping the Dakota Access Pipeline Project. After much protest, the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe protestors have scored a major victory. It's a testament to the work of millions of of concerned Americans. It's said that President Obama called for the project to be stopped and so the Army did so. President-Elect Donald Trump owns stock in Energy Transfer Partner, which was to build the pipeline. The President-Elect should announce a conflict of interest and stay out of the decision.
