The Oakland Mind closes out First Friday! The Hip Hop group was still going strong as the bars and restaurants were closing around Uptown Oakland. The Oakland Mind is becoming an institution at 18th and Telegraph Avenue in front of Rudy's Can't Fail Cafe.
