In this 22 minute video, I take you through a fitness workout session with Kortney Olson, a lovely and buffed certified personal trainer, model, female bodybuilder (fbb) and strong woman (who, with her own fan club KORTNEYOLSON fanclub, may be called the Miley Cyrus of the industry) , who's changing how people think about women in fitness.
Oakland Gold's Gym was the venue for Kortney's workout, which she does with an eye for giving women viewers tips for their own workouts and ab routines.
We're joined by female bodybuilder and personal trainer Megan Avalon as well, who really just happened to be working out that day, much to our surprise and luck.
