That is Fairlow at last week's press conference answering a question about yet another Oakland Police Officer wrongful death scandal. According to reports on Twitter, BART officials reported that Fairlow had an affair with a "consenting adult" while he was married and this happened a decade ago. This new news rankled Mayor Schaaf who released him and is now in search of an interim person. Maybe this time she will pick a black cop.
