In our interview, which was held at Broadway Dinner in Fayetteville, Ms. Poole explains that the Georgia Film Tax Credit Program, as well as what I would call a kind of 'indifference' to the needs of the industry in California, largely contributed to the dramatic growth in the number of studios and employees here.
